Branch Manager:

• Serves as a peripatetic/field officer.
• Assists the Corporation and the employer as a liaison officer.
• Conducts factory inspections and surveys.
• Answers questions that require on-the-spot verification or inquiry.
• Employers are advised by her.
• During the examination, does all clerical duties.
• Keeps the Regional Office informed of his daily actions.
• For coverage, scouts/detects new factories/businesses.
• Cases of recovery are pursued with the Certificate Officers. Maintains the Inspection

• Performs on-the-spot refund case verification.
• When assigned to the Medical Cell, he visits I.M.P. clinics.
• Conduct inspections by the revised inspection policy.
• Surveys are carried out by instructions.

Office Superintend:

• Supervision and effective task distribution among subordinates
• Keeping an eye on the situation and guaranteeing discipline and timeliness, as well as reviewing inspection reports
