Age Limit:

Managing Director:

  • Minimum: 35 years
  • Maximum: 65 years

General Manager – Minimum: 35 years

Assistant General Manager – Minimum: 35 Years

Assistant General Manager (IT) – Minimum: 35 Years

Educational Qualification:

Managing Director:

The person shall be a graduate with

  • CAIIB/DBF/Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification; or
  • Chartered /Cost Accountant; or
  • Postgraduate in any discipline.

General Manager:

  • M.Com./CAIIB/CA/ ICWAI/CS/CFA.

Assistant General Manager:

  • B.Com./ CAIIB/CA/ICWAI/CS/CFA.

Assistant General Manager (IT):

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer/I.T. Engineering.

Assistant General Manager Hardware, Database, and Networking:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in engineering.

Mahanagar Cooperative Bank Recruitment 2021: Experience Details

Managing Director:

  • The person shall have at least 8 years of work experience as a General Manager in any Cooperative bank with a business mix of more than 2000 crores.

General Manager:

  • More than 5 years banking experience as an equivalent Post in any Co-operative bank of the size of business more than 2000 crores.

Assistant General Manager:

  • 5 years practical experience of handling Treasury/ Loan/  Recovery / Investment / Legal portfolio in the banking industry.

Assistant General Manager (IT):

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Core Banking Software implementation/ operations/Conversion/up-gradation/ migration with different software and excellent knowledge in Banking Domain / Activity.

Assistant General Manager Hardware, Database, and Networking:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Core Banking Software and maintaining Data Center, Hardware, and up-gradation of DC / DR and required Cyber security aspects as per RBI guidelines with Excellent knowledge in Banking Domain / Activity.
