NTPC ET HR Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Details

To apply for the NTPC ET Finance Recruitment 2022, candidates have to attain the minimum eligibility criteria that are prescribed in the official notification.

Age Limit: (As of the last date of online application)

Educational Qualification:

Executive Trainees – Finance (CA/CMA):

CA/CMA (previously ICWA) qualified from an institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India, are eligible to apply.

Executive Trainees – Finance (MBA-Fin):

Graduates with at least two years full-time Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Finance or MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized Indian University/ Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India, with not less than Candidates are required to 65% marks, as per respective university/institute norms.

Executive Trainees – Human Resource:

Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR from recognized Indian University/ Institutes recognized by an appropriate statutory authority with not less than 65% marks, as per respective university/institute norms.

NTPC ET Finance Recruitment 2022: Selection Process

  • Eligible candidates will have to appear for the All-India-based Online Selection Test. The online selection test will have two parts i.e Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) & Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). The candidates are required to qualify both in the Subject Knowledge Test(SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT), separately.
  • Based on merit and requirement of the post; candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interviews. All shortlisted candidates after the written test will have to secure minimum qualifying marks in the Interview, as applicable.
  • The final selection will be based on 85% weightage of the online selection test and 15% weightage of interview marks.

NTPC Executive Trainee Salary

The wage structure of the candidate selected as an Executive Trainee in NTPC will be Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- per month, plus DA, allowances, and Terminal Benefits as per company guidelines.

NTPC ET Finance Recruitment 2022: Placement Details

The selected candidates shall undergo one-year training at various places. The final place of No change in posting will be decided after completion of training. Candidates can be placed, across the country, sent via E-mail in any of the projects/stations including Subsidiaries/JVs companies of NTPC.

NTPC ET Finance Recruitment 2022: Service Agreement Bond

The selected candidates who belong to the General, EWS, and OBC categories will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. 2,50,000/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD categories) to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of one-year training.
