PSU Salary Through GATE – Salary in PSU After 5 Years
Every year in January, the base wage is enhanced by a continuous 3% increment. A minimum of three years of service in the grade is necessary for promotion to the following grade. Your new basic pay will be the entry-level pay of your new grade after promotion. Promotions from grade F to G and G to H, on the other hand, keep the entry-level basic salary constant. As a result, the basic is only enhanced by 3% following promotion.
