Handwritten Declaration for SBI Clerk 2022
The text for the SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration Format 2022 is as follows
“I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine”
The above-mentioned SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration Format 2022 is mandatory to be written by the candidates in their own handwriting and in the English language only. If it is written by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be not be considered valid.
SBI Clerk Thumb Impression Size 2022
If the candidates are Visually Impaired who cannot write, they can get the text of the declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed declaration, and upload the document as per specifications.
Guidelines for scanning the SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration Format 2022
Before applying online, a candidate will be required to have a scanned(digital) image of his/ her photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the specifications given in Annexure-II. Online applications will not be registered unless candidates upload photos, signatures, thumb impressions, and handwritten declarations as specified.
Note:
i. In case the face in the photograph or signature or thumb impression or hand-written declaration is unclear, the candidate’s application may be rejected.
ii. In case the photograph/ signature/ thumb impression/ hand written declaration is unclear, candidate may edit his application and re-upload his photograph/ signature/ thumb impression/ hand written declaration.
iii. The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on white paper with black ink.
iv. Signature/Hand-written declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.
